Skip picked a huge bunch of iris from his garden to celebrate the dining room wall coming down. What a great guy. He's a keeper!
The refrigerator now sits in the new laundry room.
The stove and the kitchen table are now in the new bedroom.
This doorway will go to the new bedroom closet which is where the kitchen is now.
The new steps to the second floor. Some things never change, the cat still eats on the steps.

Another vieew from under the stairs.
Looking out from where the second floor steps used to be.
Wenesday, Skip and Jeff took out the second floor stairs.
The closet from the dining room side and the one from the bedroom side have both been torn out. You can now go from the dining room to the bedroom. However, the door on the bedroom side will be closed off and a new door will be cut in just a little to the right to be in line with the door from the dining room side.
The stove and refrigerator are temporarily moved over to the new hallway. The area on the left side of the picture where you see the bin with the blue lid will be the area where the laundry is going to be located. It will be accessed by a folding door from the new hallway. Above the refrigerator you can see the arch for the stairway to the second floor.
Once the yellow wall came down, the new hallway to our new bedroom was opened.
Logan helps knock down the beautiful yellow wall in the hallway.

Friday the a/c technicians were here and started putting in the new duct work. Tim and Skip took down the dining room wall.

Much has been happening at 620 colford. I can barely keep up with the work Skip is doing each day. Saturday I emptied kitchen drawers and they went out to the trash. Bye, bye!
